Red Industrial Pattern Mould Wall Hanging – Twin Roller Form JG29

A beautifully worn piece of industrial history, this original engineering pattern mould was used approximately 60 years ago to form components for mining machinery.

Featuring two prominent raised circular forms, this piece has a bold, sculptural presence. Its original red factory paint has aged into a richly textured surface, with layers of wear revealing wood beneath and creating a deep, authentic patina. The tops of the raised forms are finished in dark, almost black tones, giving the piece a striking contrast and a distinctive visual rhythm.

Etched into the wood is “Simco Roller DRG JG 29”, linking the piece directly to its original function and factory origins.

Crafted from solid wood and fitted with metal edge elements, it retains the rugged integrity of its industrial past.

This wall hanging can be mounted using a sturdy bolt, or styled leaning against a wall for a more relaxed, gallery-style display.
